CDK World touts itself as an all-in-one software-as-a-service resolution that’s “trusted by almost 15,000 vendor places.” One connection, over an always-on VPN to CDK’s information facilities, provides a dealership buyer relationship administration (CRM) software program, financing, stock, and extra back-office instruments.
